Remuneration/Conditions for Experienced Workers (for all sections)

| Salary | 250,000 to 800,000 yen or more per month (separate performance-based wage system) * Overtime pay paid separately |

Complete two day per week (Saturday & Sunday) holiday system, summer, new year period, Golden Week, paid leave, celebration/condolence leave of 121 days. * May be advanced or delayed slightly depending on state of project. |
