We developed Pepper reception outsourcing service app fusing personnel and robot with Pasona Inc.
Headwaters Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjyuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Yousuke Shinoda)
has been supporting planning and developing app business for Pepper, the personal robot that can read emotions
by SoftBank Robotics Corp.
This time, We had co-development of reception outsourcing service by utilizing Pepper
with Pasona Inc.（Head office：Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and COO: Tsukasa Satou）
Pasona Inc. offers one-stop reception operating service,
educational training of receptionist and temporary staffing service for various companies.
Pasona Inc. will attempt to expand the services by adding of new personal robot, Pepper to reception outsourcing service menu.
We introduce reception apps are able to do talking correspondence, introduction of the companies and floor guide which are
used often during reception.
We aim at the one more higher-class reception service by expansion of reception outsourcing service menu so far.

・A staff issues QR code before customers visiting. This is a system the arrival will be informed to the contact automatically
by holding the QR code up to the head of Pepper at the reception.
・For each companies, we introduce and develop apps can do talking correspondence at the reception
and show introduction of the companies or floor guide to visitors.
